CraftInvoice (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is dedicated to protecting the confidentiality and financial records of craftsmen, builders, contractors, and trades professionals.

This Privacy Policy outlines our strict Local-First, Confidential Architecture.

1. Data Collection & Storage Architecture

CraftInvoice operates on a local-first paradigm. All your business profiles, client rosters, material prices, estimates, invoices, client signatures, and jobsite photos are stored locally on your device.

• No Remote User Profiling: We do not operate remote databases to store your clients’ names, addresses, or invoice totals.
• Local Processing: All PDF invoices, audit spreadsheets, and receipts are rendered entirely on-device without uploading your client data to third-party rendering clouds.
• Apple iCloud Backup: If you utilize Apple’s standard iCloud backup or synchronization, your encrypted database is secured within your private Apple iCloud container.

2. Payment & StoreKit Processing

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled natively and securely through Apple’s StoreKit 2 APIs. We do not collect, view, or retain payment card information, bank credentials, or billing addresses.

3. Third-Party Analytics & Tracking

CraftInvoice does NOT integrate third-party advertising tracking frameworks, social network tracking SDKs, or invasive telemetry. We respect your trade secrets and client confidentiality.

4. Data Ownership & Export

You retain 100% ownership of your business data. You can export complete PDF estimates and invoices or purge records locally at any time.
