Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

Standard Apple EULA: In addition to these terms, your use of CraftInvoice is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing CraftInvoice, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue using the application.

2. Commercial Estimates & Accounting Disclaimer

CraftInvoice provides invoice drafting, estimate calculation, and payment reminder documentation tools. While we strive to provide robust calculation models, CraftInvoice does NOT provide certified public accounting (CPA) services, formal legal debt collection, or tax advisory services. Users are solely responsible for ensuring tax rates, business licensing disclosures, and statutory notices conform to applicable laws in their municipal jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

CraftInvoice offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, as well as lifetime access tiers:

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account at purchase confirmation.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Account Charge: Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the close of the current billing period.
Management: You can modify or cancel subscriptions at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CraftInvoice, its developers, or affiliates be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from missed invoices, payment disputes, or customer collection delays.
